Strengthen Your Stakes
Scripture📖: Isaiah 54:2e NIV
Thank GOD It’s Tuesday!
Yesterday we dealt with the ‘lengthen your cords’ instruction in preparation for the NEWNESS that is coming your way from GOD.
We said, in this preparatory stage LENGTHEN YOUR CORDS represents extending your reach to new places, people, and support networks as directed by the HOLY SPIRIT.
Today we deal with the fifth instruction in our focal scripture in Isaiah 54:2e NIV where GOD tell us;

Yesterday I spoke about how in order to make a tent stand firmly and remain rigid cords must be attached to the corners and anchored to the ground. The anchors in those days were wooden stakes and the cords were tied around the stake and pulled tight. A hammer was then used to hit the stake deep into the ground. This secures the tent and prevents it from blowing away even by strong winds.
Strengthening your stakes thus symbolizes the need to deepen your roots in scripture, prayer and the knowledge of GOD our FATHER who is orchestrating your NEWNESS.
It is not just about planting your NEWNESS but it is about firmly rooting your NEWNESS so it will stand the test of time.
This makes your NEWNESS unshakable by any contrary wind of evil against you from the pit of hell.
GOD willing we will continue tomorrow in JESUS Name.

Strengthening your stakes thus symbolizes the need to deepen your roots in scripture, prayer and the knowledge of GOD our FATHER who is orchestrating your NEWNESS.
Prayer🙏 FATHER, help me to strengthen my stakes by deepening my roots in YOUR Word, prayer and the knowledge of YOU so my NEWNESS will not be shaken by any evil contrary wind from the pit of hell against what you have ordained for me.In JESUS Name have I prayed. Amen.
