February, Your Season As A Well Watered Garden:
You Will Be Fruitful In Christ Jesus
Scripture📖: Genesis 1:28, John 15:1-2, 5, 8 NKJV
Thank GOD It’s Monday!
Embrace the beginning of this week with great expectations because God will show up everyday for you in Jesus name.
GOD wants us to be fruitful.
If HE did not want us to be fruitful HE would not have planted us in new territories neither will HE have plans to make us like A WELL WATERED GARDEN.
In today’s first scripture (Genesis 1:28) after making man in His image He blessed man and said be fruitful and multiply.
It will seem to some that fruitful and multiply are the same but they are not.
Fruitful translated from the Hebrew word pârâh means to bear fruit.
Multiply translated from the Hebrew word râbâh be or become great, be or become many, be or become much, be or become numerous.
The funny thing is that making you fruitful multiplies you and being fruitful makes you great.
In today’s second scripture
the Bible says,
➡️[1] “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.
[2] Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
[5] “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
[8] By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.⬅️
JESUS is the true vine. GOD is the vinedresser(a person who cultivates and prunes grape vines) and we are the branches.
JESUS mentions fruit or being fruitful too in this scripture.
In fact HE mentions it four times in relation to us bearing fruit or being fruitful.
1. He who bears no fruit
2. He who bears fruit
3. He who bears more fruit
4. He who bears much fruit.
The word fruit in this scripture is translated from the Greek word karpos which means fruit of a tree but it also means
that which originates or comes from something, an effect, result,
work, act or deed.
So what is Jesus actually telling us?
We will answer this question gradually by His grace.

Prayer🙏 FATHER, help me to understand what it means to be fruitful as a branch of the true vine. In JESUS Name. Amen.
