TGIF-Thank GOD Its Friday!
Yesterday we ended by saying,
SEEK THE BEST SOIL FOR YOU TO PLANT YOURSELF IN SO YOU CAN BEAR FRUIT UPWARD ALWAYS IN JESUS NAME.
Today we go deeper.
The HOLY SPIRIT took me to John 15:7 for today’s devotion.
In this scripture JESUS says,
➡If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.⬅
The word abide is translated from the Greek word menō which means not to depart, to continue to be present, to be held or kept continually.
The word ABIDE encompasses the process of remaining in JESUS as your soil so you can bear fruit upward.
JESUS is saying don’t depart, continue to be present and keep yourself continually in HIM.
For a Christian who wants to bear fruit transplanting to an inferior soil is a recipe for no harvest or crop failure.
DISCOVER HIM, ABIDE IN HIM AND YOU WILL BEAR FRUIT UPWARDS ALWAYS.
GOD willing we will continue tomorrow in JESUS Name.
