Take Root Downward In JESUS By Choosing HIM Over Everything Else

I hope you had an awesome Easter Holidays. The resurrection power is still at work because JESUS LIVES for evermore. Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!!
Today we return to this month’s theme; The Month You Will Take Root Downward And Bear Fruit Upward.
Let me begin with a question.
What do roots grow downward into? The answer is soil.
The soil contains the nutrients, minerals and water that a plant needs to grow, mature and bear fruit upward.
Let me make this clear statement,
As Christians, spiritually, our soil is JESUS CHRIST. HE is the medium we must grow in and that is why we must give our lives to HIM.
This is what JESUS said in Luke 10:38-42 NLT.
The Bible says,
➡38 As Jesus and the disciples continued on their way to Jerusalem, they came to a certain village where a woman named Martha welcomed him into her home.
39 Her sister, Mary, sat at the Lord’s feet, listening to what he taught.
40 But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, doesn’t it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me.”
41 But the Lord said to her, “My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details!
42 THERE IS ONLY ONE THING WORTH BEING CONCERNED ABOUT. MARY HAS DISCOVERED IT, AND IT WILL NOT BE TAKEN AWAY FROM HER.”⬅
The HOLY SPIRIT told me that many Christians are trying to grow in other mediums than JESUS CHRIST and are bearing very little fruit or are not bearing fruit upward at all.
But may you discover that JESUS is the only medium that you can grow mature and bear fruit upward from.
May this simmer in your spirit for today in JESUS Name.
