April, The Month You Will Take Root Downward And Bear Fruit Upward
The Fruits of the HOLY SPIRIT: JOY☺
Scripture📖: John 15:11 NKJV
Thank GOD It’s Sunday!
Going to church today is bound to help your bearing fruit upwards in JESUS Name so don’t miss it.
Yesterday we spent our time on LOVE as a fruit of the Spirit and we said,
By the fruit of LOVE that you bear everyone will know that you have your roots deep in JESUS CHRIST and HIS Words abide in you.
Today we focus on the second fruit of the Spirit which is JOY☺.
The goal of every Christian should not be happiness because the Bible never promises happiness to the believer but JOY☺, that is a totally different story. While happiness is temporary and is based upon pleasant happenings, JOY☺ is from the Lord and you can still experience JOY☺ during trials, suffering, and testing.
JOY☺ is permanent but happiness is fleeting.
Our Joy☺ is guaranteed as long as we believe in JESUS and His finished work for our salvation on the cross.
Looking at JOY☺ through the eyes of what JESUS said;
JESUS says in John 15:11 NKJV (right after HIS discourse on the vine, fruit bearing and the fact that without HIM we can do nothing),
➡11 I have told you this so that MY JOY may be in you and that your JOY may be full.⬅
AS YOUR ROOTS ARE DEEP IN JESUS AND HIS WORDS ABIDE IN YOU, HIS JOY IS IN YOU SO BEAR THE FRUIT OF JOY☺ UPWARD IN JESUS NAME.
GOD willing we will continue tomorrow.

AS YOUR ROOTS ARE DEEP IN JESUS AND HIS WORDS ABIDE IN YOU, HIS JOY IS IN YOU SO BEAR THE FRUIT OF JOY☺ UPWARD IN JESUS NAME.
Prayer🙏 FATHER, grant me the grace to bear the fruit of JOY that JESUS talked about so my JOY will be full. Amen
