Spiritual Talents – Joseph Part 2
Scripture📖:Genesis 39:19-23 NIV
Thank GOD Its Monday!
Decree this out loud before you set off into the weekend in Jesus name,
I decree and declare, my destiny is elevated with newness of GOD in CHRIST JESUS nothing is impossible for me, in the mighty name of JESUS. Amen
Yesterday we ended with the thought,
Joseph became another person.
His spiritual talent in administrative management aided his transformation.
Today we continue with our case study of Joseph.
Joseph is transformed from a slave into a chief of staff in Portiphar’s house. Following unsuccessful sexual advances by Portiphar’s wife she frames Joseph with sexual harassment and attempted rape accusations to her husband.
In Genesis 39:19-23 NIV the story unfolds;
➡When his master heard the story his wife told him, saying, “This is how your slave treated me,” he burned with anger. Joseph’s master took him and put him in prison, the place where the king’s prisoners were confined. But while Joseph was there in the prison, the Lord was with him; he showed him kindness and granted him favor in the eyes of the prison warden. SO THE WARDEN PUT JOSEPH IN CHARGE OF ALL THOSE HELD IN THE PRISONER, AND HE WAS MADE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL
THAT WAS DONE THERE. THE WARDEN PAID NO ATTENTION TO ANYTHING UNDER JOSEPH’S CARE, BECAUSE THE LORD WAS WITH JOSEPH AND GAVE HIM SUCCESS IN WHATEVER HE DID.⬅
Beloved, the systems of this world and the force of darkness will always fight your GOD-given talent because they know your transformation will bring GOD glory.
But you see, a cork cannot be kept down in water. It will always pop up!
In the same way your GOD given talent cannot be suppressed even under the most adverse conditions unless you allow it.
Joseph went from chief of staff in Portiphar’s house to prisoner in the King’s prison but his Spiritual talent manifested and he was transformed into Administrative Manager of the King’s prison.
In these challenging times some of you have already popped up like a cork. Some of you have started businesses and received promotions directly linked to your talent. Some of you too are about to be transformed because your Spiritual talent cannot and will not be suppressed.
GOD willing we will continue tomorrow in Jesus name.
💭Thought of the day
A cork cannot be kept down in water. It will always pop up! In the same way your GOD-given talent cannot be suppressed. Even under the most adverse conditions you will still transform into another person to the glory of GOD.
Prayer🙏🏿HOLY SPIRIT, activate the natural skill, my talent, that YOU have put in me for YOUR glory as YOU transform me. In JESUS Name have I prayed. Amen
