The Fruits of the HOLY SPIRIT: FAITHFULNESS
Scripture📖: Revelations 2:10 KJV, Luke 22:42 KJV
TGIF-Thank GOD It’s Friday!
Yesterday we spent our time on GOODNESS as a fruit of the Spirit and we said,
AS YOUR ROOTS ARE DEEP IN JESUS AND HIS WORDS ABIDE IN YOU, HIS GOODNESS IS IN YOU, SO BEAR THE FRUIT OF GOODNESS UPWARD IN JESUS NAME.
Today we focus on the sixth fruit of the Spirit which is FAITHFULNESS.
In relation to FAITHFULNESS JESUS said in Revelations 2:10 KJV;
➡10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.⬅
The word faithful is translated from the Greek word pistos which is related to the Greek word for faith which is pistis. Pistos means to be trustworthy, trustful, believing.
JESUS was faithful unto death.
At a point where HE could have chosen not to go ahead with HIS divine destiny HE chose to remain FAITHFUL to GOD.
In Luke 22:42 KJV HE said,
➡42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.⬅
JESUS LED BY EXAMPLE WHERE FAITHFULNESS IS CONCERNED. HE is the embodiment of FAITHFULNESS.
Without showing your FAITHFULNESS to GOD you cannot be a true Christian.
AS YOUR ROOTS ARE DEEP IN JESUS AND HIS WORDS ABIDE IN YOU, HIS FAITHFULNESS IS IN YOU, SO BEAR THE FRUIT OF FAITHFULNESS UPWARD IN JESUS NAME.
GOD willing we will continue tomorrow.

AS YOUR ROOTS ARE DEEP IN JESUS AND HIS WORDS ABIDE IN YOU, HIS FAITHFULNESS IS IN YOU, SO BEAR THE FRUIT OF FAITHFULNESS UPWARD IN JESUS NAME.
Prayer🙏 FATHER, grant me the grace to bear the fruit of FAITHFULNESS even unto death so JESUS can give me a crown. Amen
