SEPTEMBER, The Month Of Your NEWNESS
Stretch Your Tent Curtains Wide
Scripture📖: Isaiah 54:2b NIV, Psalm 119:130 NKJV
Thank GOD It’s Saturday!
Yesterday we dealt with the ‘Enlarging of the place of your tent’ in preparation for the NEWNESS that is coming your way from GOD.
We said, You may not have physically seen your NEWNESS yet but prepare to accommodate it. IT IS COMING.
Today we deal with the second instruction in our focal scripture in Isaiah 54:2b NIV where GOD tell us;
➡️ 2……………stretch your tent curtains wide,………………………………….⬅️
This instruction is also in line with GOD encouraging us to prepare for what we see by Grace. But what doas it mean?
In ones home when one opens the curtains wide it is to let in natural light. When your curtains are wide it curtails the need to switch on lights during the day. In so doing you conserve energy.
In our context light brings illumination or revelation into what GOD wants us to see.
In Psalm 119:130 NKJV the Psalmist writes,
➡️ 130 The entrance of Your words gives light, It gives understanding to the simple⬅️
In this preparatory stage STRETCHING YOUR TENT CURTAINS WIDE means to open up to the Word Of GOD, HIS RHEMA and making way for it to enter your spirit man. As you do so the eyes of your understanding will visualize what GOD wants you to see for your NEWNESS.
It is in your own interest to ask the HOLY SPIRIT to help you and guide you in the study of the WORD OF GOD; especially scripture relevant to your NEWNESS.
Do not think you have done your part by just reading this and other devotionals alone.
GO DEEPER INTO YOUR OWN PERSONAL BIBLE STUDY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR OWN REVELATION.

Prayer🙏 FATHER, help me to allow the entrance of your Word to bring light me as I stretch the curtains of my spirit man wide. As I do so open my eyes to see and strengthen my faith. In JESUS Name have I prayed. Amen
