Spiritual Gifts – FAITH
Scripture: Heb 11:1, 1Cor 12:9a, Rom 12:3 NKJV

Thank GOD It’s Monday!
Decree this out loud before you set off today in Jesus name,
HOLY SPIRIT have Your way in me and guide me in all that I do today and this week, in JESUS’ Name. Amen.
I believe you had a good weekend. Well get ready for more of the same this week starting today.
Yesterday we said,
The gift of word of knowledge is a ‘wow gift’ and it must be handled with care and maturity.
Today we take a look at

➡FAITH⬅

There are several secular definitions about faith.
Every single one of them does not relate in anyway to the GOD we worship.
For example my online dictionary says faith is a process of forming or understanding abstractions, ideas, or beliefs, without empirical evidence, experience or observation.
I grew up in Christianity always thinking that faith can only be real faith if it is linked to GOD even before I received the revelation I have today. It turns out I was correct all along.
In earlier issues of this devotional we have come across Hebrews 11:1 which says,
➡Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.⬅
We also know that without faith it is impossible to please God.
In 1Cor12:9a the Bible says,
➡……………to another faith by the same Spirit.⬅
This means faith is a gift that is evidence of the manifestation of the HOLY SPIRIT.
The word faith is translated from the Greek word pistis which means a conviction or belief in respect of man’s relationship to GOD and divine things.
In Rom 12:3 NKJV we see that we all have some faith.
Paul tells the Romans,
➡For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, AS GOD HAS DEALT TO EACH ONE A MEASURE OF FAITH.⬅
If this were not so how would the people in the Old Testament exercise faith in GOD in the absence of the free distribution of the HOLY SPIRIT.
I believe you know someone that you admire because of the extraordinary faith they have to do extraordinary things.
They are manifesting the HOLY SPIRIT by this gift of extraordinary faith and you can do the same.
GOD willing we will continue tomorrow in JESUS Name.

Extraordinary Faith is a gift that is evidence of the manifestation of the HOLY SPIRIT.

Prayer🙏 HOLY SPIRIT, may you manifest in me through the gift of extraordinary Faith in JESUS Name have I prayed. Amen.
