Thank GOD Its Wednesday!
Your crossing over into April alone prove that you have already gained the UPPER HAND over the enemy. You see the enemy wanted to prevent your crossover and leave you in March. But he has failed miserably.
Today we begin our discourse though we will focus on Easter from tomorrow and continue again on Monday.
Once a seed sprouts roots are the first thing that emerge from it. In order for that plant to grow and strengthen and mature and thrive, those roots need to grow and be strong.
For our discourse we will be looking at the roots of a perennial plants.
A perennial plant is one that comes back and grows again year after year.
Perennial plants can regrow each year because of their strong root system. In fact, their roots strengthen with each consecutive year, and the plant comes back bigger and stronger and more beautiful than the year before.
In Jeremiah 17:7-8 NIV the Bible says,
7 “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.
8 They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its ROOTS by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and NEVER FAILS TO BEAR FRUIT.”
When we trust in the Lord we do not need to fear because we are rooted into the everlasting and all powerful God.
As long as our ROOTING is in JESUS our BOUNTIFUL FRUITING is guaranteed no matter what.
GOD willing we will continue tomorrow in JESUS Name.
