Spiritual Gifts: Prophecy Part 2
Scripture📖:1Corinthians 12:10b, Jeremiah 29:8-9

Decree this out loud before you step out today in JESUS Name,
I decree every gate that is rising against the will of God in my life, is surrendering now to His supernatural power, in JESUS’ Name. Amen.
Yesterday we said,
True prophecy is not just about prediction neither is word of knowledge synonymous with prophecy though they often operate hand in hand.
It will be impossible to exhaust our discussion about prophecy and the prophetic in two days. But I want to touch on a few things.
In the last days the bible says false prophets shall abound. Some are just common tricksters that do not use spiritual means to convince people.
But others use familiar spirits and other demonic entities to try mimic true prophecy.
Let me tell you something; if the devil is in charge of orchestrating something in your life it is easy for him to give that information to his agents (familiar spirits and by extension false prophets) because he has inside knowledge and so doing he can go on to manipulate you.
A false Prophet will often manipulate you with a true happening staged by him to entrap you with lies.
Some men of GOD also enter into false prophecy under pressure from their congregation or individuals who want to hear from GOD through them everytime. They are forced to say something that sounds good but is not the mind of God.
I operate in the prophetic gift and the office and I can tell you under authority that I do not hear from GOD perpetually. Sometimes I will even see or hear a thing about you that I may not have permission from on High to share with you.
Some desire this gift but the all knowing HOLY SPIRIT who knows you better than you know yourself will not give it because HE knows all hidden motives. They thus result to devilish ways and means to accomplish their aim.
In Jer 29:8-9 God gives a warning;
➡Yes, this is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: “Do not let the prophets and diviners among you deceive you. Do not listen to the dreams you encourage them to have. They are prophesying lies to you in my name. I have not sent them,” declares the Lord.⬅
How do we them determine who is a true Prophet or a false one.
God willing tomorrow we will deal with that in JESUS Name.
