On FIRE🔥But Not Consumed Pt. 2
fire Cannot Burn FIRE🔥
Scripture📖: Daniel 3:24-28 NIV
Thank GOD It’s Monday!
Yesterday we said,
You will be on FIRE🔥but you will not be consumed.
Today we continue with another proof.
Most of us are familliar with one of my top stories in the Bible, the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the fiery furnace.
After they were thrown into the furnace the Bible says in Daniel 3:24-28 NIV;
➡24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, “Weren’t there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?”
They replied, “Certainly, Your Majesty.”
25 He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”
26 Nebuchadnezzar then approached the opening of the blazing furnace and shouted, “Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out! Come here!”
So Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego came out of the fire,
27 and the satraps, prefects, governors and royal advisers crowded around them.
THEY SAW THAT THE FIRE HAD NOT HARMED THEIR BODIES, NOR WAS A HAIR OF THEIR HEADS SINGED; THEIR ROBES WERE NOT SCORCHED, AND THERE WAS NO SMELL OF FIRE ON THEM.
28 Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants! They trusted in him and defied the king’s command and were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.⬅
There are a lot of things fire can burn.
Fire can even melt metal but there is one thing that fire cannot burn.
FIRE🔥 CANNOT BURN FIRE🔥.
GOD obviously was at work in the lives of the three Hebrew boys as shown in the earlier chapters(Daniel 1& 2). The HOLY SPIRIT was at work in them and through them to the glory of GOD. They were on FIRE🔥 with the FIRE🔥 of the HOLY SPIRIT and no external fire no matter how hot could consume them.
NOT ONLY WILL YOU NOT BE CONSUMED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT”S FIRE🔥 IN YOU NEITHER CAN EXTERNAL FIRE🔥 CONSUME YOU.

May the HOLY SPIRIT open the eyes of your understanding to this in JESUS Name.
GOD willing we will continue tomorrow.
